A bit about the Director – Maciek Fibrich
Maciek Fibrich (Pronounced Ma-check) has over 26 years of experience working in and with RTOs and embraces the technology available to enhance the student’s journey.
Maciek has presented to thousands of VET managers, RTO owners to trainers and assessors across Australia for Service Skills Australia, Velg Training and within is own company, and focuses on coaching and mentoring owners on approaches to systematic self-assurance.
Maciek holds a Bachelor of Applied Science as well as various Vocational qualifications including the Diploma of and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma of Quality Auditing, Diploma of Business, Certificate IV in Small Business Management, Certificate IV in Business Administration and a Certificate of Attainment – Lead Quality Auditor from both SAI Global and OLI. Maciek has worked as a consultant with both ITECA (formally ACPET) and Velg Training, been a committee member of the Vocational Education and Training Industry Group and is a member of the Institute for Learning Professionals and the Australian Institute of Training and Development.
His mantra is ‘Live Life, Love life!’ and ‘Passion is the key to everything!
